The Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal encourages bankruptcy professionals, practitioners, and judges to submit comment topic suggestions for our student journal members. We are seeking comment topics related to timely issues in bankruptcy law. Comment topic suggestions should be received by June 30, 2011. Student comment topics selected for publication in 2011-2012 are available on our homepage.
