Student attorneys Sarah Pentz Bottini and Dan Zytnick worked tirelessly on behalf of their client throughout the semester. They conducted thorough interviews of everyone involved. They developed a compelling case strategy and persuasive evidence of innocence. Dan and Sarah bravely litigated their client's case in the face of last minute additional charges and threats of increased jail time. Unfortunately, a mistrial was declared near the end of the defense case as a result of a juror's unexpected unavailability.
