The Emory Law Center for Transactional Law and Practice invites you to attend The Emory Law Mergers and Acquisitions Workshop Series, A Periodic Discussion of Current Issues in Mergers and Acquisitions

The Emory Mergers and Acquisitions Workshop Series will explore current issues in Mergers and Acquisitions through presentations by M&A professionals including attorneys, accountants, and investment bankers.

A question and answer period will follow the presentations.

M&A professionals in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area and the Southeast region are invited to attend.

About the Presenters

Richard De Rose is a Managing Director in the New York office of Houlihan Lokey.

Thomas McNeill 77L is a Partner with the Atlanta office of Powell Goldstein LLP and also serves as Chair of the firm’s Business & Finance Practice Group and Chair of the firm’s Logistics Practice. McNeil also is a member of the Committee on Corporate Laws, ABA Business Law Section.

Kevin Miller is a Partner in the Corporate Transactions and Securities Group in the New York office of Alston + Bird LLP.

Walter Jospin 79L is the Chair of the Corporate Department in the Atlanta office of Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP.

The Honorable William B. Chandler III serves as Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Before his appointment to the Court, Chancellor Chandler was an associate with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and he served as Legal Counsel to former Governor Pete duPont.

William J. Carney serves as Charles Howard Candler Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law.
