The Roundtable on Engineering Entrepreneurship Research (REER) is an annual conference that brings together leading scholars from a variety of disciplines to exchange perspectives on technology entrepreneurship.
Among the issues of interest are the commercialization of university technologies and company R&D, as well as the company/university interface and other organizational forms—incubators, venture firms, financial institutions, associations, and industry groups—that play a role in technology entrepreneurship.
Our next conference will also host a doctoral institute where students invited from universities nation-wide can present their research and network with leading scholars and journal editors.
The next REER Conference at Georgia Tech is scheduled for December 1-3, 2006. Conference information including, agendas, and logistics will be announced shortly. Prior REER conferences were held in December 2005, December 2004, November 2003, March 2002, and December 2000.
