Law Reviews

Most academic law journals offer some issues on the web. Some make only the current issue available, while others offer recent back issues but exclude the current issue or volume. Some only include tables of contents. Commercial and practitioner-oriented journals are usually not available on free websites.

  1. University of Southern California Law Review List
Law reviews listed alphabetically and by subject. Coded to indicate what is available at each site. Regularly updated.

  2. University Law Review Project
Links to journals by topic and law school, plus other related links.
The list is also available on FindLaw.

  3. Hein Online
This is a subscription database, but there is no free equivalent on the web. Coverage is deeper than Lexis and Westlaw on many titles. It is the best source for older journals and PDFs.
