The Georgia General Assembly makes an unannotated version of the Georgia Code available on its website, as well as pending and unpassed bills. The Georgia Supreme Court has some court documents on its website but refers the researcher to Lexis One for searchable opinions.

  1. Georgia Constitution
    Revised January 2007,  it is available from the Secretary of State's office as a PDF.

  2. Georgia Code
    Unannotated Georgia Code. Search the full-text of the code or the table of contents.

  3. Georgia General Assembly
    Legislative links including bills, calendars, and committee members. Retrieve bills by number or search by keyword or code title. Summary of general statutes enacted is arranged by code title.

  4. Georgia Supreme Court
    Recent published opinions (in PDF format), court rules and forms, and the court's calendar.

  5. Georgia Rules and Regulations
    Search or browse state agency rules and regulations.

  6. Georgia Attorney General's Office
    Maintains information on its staff, history, mission, organization, etc. Also provides the ability to search the opinions of the Attorney General (1994-current).

  7. Georgia Legislative Documents Project
    A database available through GALILEO that currently contains the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Georgia for the years 1799-1999, with a few gaps. In the future, the Georgia House and Senate Journals will be added.
