About Us

The Homeless Advocacy Project exists to give students a number of good pro bono opportunities focused on providing legal assistance to homeless individuals. 

We work closely with the Georgia Law Center for the Homeless, an organization that provides representation to the homeless in civil matters. Through HAP, students have the opportunity to work with the Georgia Law Center to volunteer, visit shelters, and assist with client intake.

We're a relatively small operation right now, though for the 2010-2011 school year we are looking to expand HAP and take on additional volunteer projects. Check back on this page or stay in touch with our current officers for details!
