Volunteering with EPIC

Volunteering is an integral part of EPIC's mission. Please check this page often for updated volunteer opportunities.

Throughout the year, EPIC will provide volunteer opportunities for students who want to get involved in both the Emory and Atlanta communities.  In addition to being a great way to meet people and give back, many of these opportunities are also a way to accumulate hours to be eligible for an EPIC summer grant and/or a pro bono certificate.  Please check our website for information about individual and group opportunities.

Some opportunities are sponsored by EPIC and others are sponsored by various organizations, firms, and companies throughout the city.

"To qualify as a pro bono activity for this purpose, work must be legally related. It should involve rendering services to persons of limited means or organizations that serve them...Work must ALWAYS be supervised by an attorney and must be unpaid."

ALL pro bono hours count for EPIC hours, but NOT all EPIC hours count for Pro Bono hours.
