Custodial Appreciation Day

Our first Custodial Appreciation Day took place on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Our Custodial Staff works hard, often without recognition. We decided it was time for us to acknowledge them. BLSA provided cake, certificates of appreciation, a small gift, and even a "relaxation room" complete with electronic back and foot massagers. The whole school pitched in to sign thank you cards and keep the school a bit cleaner than usual. The event was co-sponsored by the Emory Public Interest Committee (EPIC), Jewish Law Students Association, Legal Association of Women Students (LAWS), Moot Court Society, and the Student Bar Association (SBA).

Shoutout to BLSA class of 2013 who came up with this idea and Anthony Hall, Morgan Thomas, and Zainab Wurie who spearheaded the event.
