Back to Organizations main The goal of The Libyan Democrats Society is to spread the ideals of a civil culture nurtured by increased participation of a greater majority in the development process. This in turn, will enable them to become more tolerant of different ideas, more responsive to other viewpoints and better prepared to consider the complete spectrum of opinions. The aim to popularize the concept of civil society among influential Libyans, monitor, document, analyze and disseminate information on the evolution of civil society and democratization in Libya and facilitate networking of civil society organization within and among Libyans.
