Training courses will be developed on investigation of human rights violations; monitoring and reporting (criminal proceedings, elections etc); making representations to domestic, regional and international bodies; campaigning and advocacy; organisational management and leadership; financial management and fund-raising; and use of the internet for research and advocacy. Training modules will be developed in conjunction with national, regional and international experts and produced in electronic form for dissemination within the region.
