Naming Opportunities

In 1972, under the leadership of Dean Ben F. Johnson 39L, Emory Law moved to its current home in Gambrell Hall at the intersection of Clifton and North Decatur roads.

The opening of the building spurred the doubling of the faculty and student body within the decade. The Hugh F. McMillan Law Library sits adjacent to Gambrell Hall and was completed in 1995. At the time, Gambrell Hall also was renovated to accommodate the new five-story structure.

Over the years, a number of renovations have been undertaken to bring Gambrell Hall in line with constantly improving standards for educating students.

Today, Gambrell Hall is home to more than 700 students and nearly 150 faculty and staff. Emory Law has continued its expansion efforts and now faces the challenge of providing adequate and updated classroom and instruction space along with appropriate spaces and resources for faculty and administrative support staff.

Your contribution in the form of a naming gift allows the faculty and staff of Emory Law to continue its work to educate the next great generation of legal professionals.

The following opportunities currently exist for you or your organization to show your support for Emory Law and provide for our continued improvement of student and classroom spaces.
