Kay L. Levine Associate Professor of Law criminal procedure, criminal law, regulation of sexuality
Kay L. Levine teaches criminal law, criminal procedure, regulation of sexuality, victimless crimes and juvenile justice. Before joining Emory, Levine served as a law clerk for the Honorable David Alan Ezra, US District Court, District of Hawaii from 1993 to 1994, as a deputy district attorney in Riverside County, California from 1994 to 1997, and as a criminal defense consultant. Also, she was an adjunct professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Levine graduated magna cum laude from Duke University before attending law school at UC Berkeley.
