Karen Cooper

Karen Cooper teaches in the Legal Writing, Research and Advocacy Program. Ms. Cooper holds a B.A. from Duke University (cum laude with distinction in Political Science, 1993) and a J.D. from the University of Michigan (1996), where she was Executive Note Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law and a teaching assistant for the Advanced Legal Research course. After law school, Ms. Cooper practiced as an associate at Long, Aldridge & Norman (now McKenna, Long & Aldridge) in its employment law section. Before coming to Emory, Ms. Cooper served as in-house counsel and Director of Administration for TRX, Inc.
