Biography
Karen Cooper teaches in the Legal Writing, Research and Advocacy Program (LWRAP). Cooper holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University (cum laude with distinction in Political Science, 1993) and a JD from the University of Michigan (1996), where she was executive note editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law and a teaching assistant for the Advanced Legal Research course. After law school, Cooper practiced as an associate at Long, Aldridge & Norman (now McKenna, Long & Aldridge) in its employment law section. Before coming to Emory, Cooper served as in-house counsel and Director of Administration for TRX, Inc.
Education: BA, Duke University, 1993; JD, University of Michigan, 1996.
