Biography
Aaron R. Kirk teaches in the Legal Writing, Research and Advocacy Program (LWRAP) at Emory Law. Kirk graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri in 1997 with degrees in math and history. During college, he studied Chinese language at the Xi'an Foreign Language University in Xi'an, China, and at Indiana University's East Asian Summer Language Institute.
In 2001, Kirk graduated cum laude from the Northwestern University School of Law, where he served on the executive board of the Northwestern University Law Review. Following law school, Kirk practiced commercial and intellectual property litigation in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and in the Atlanta office of Hunton & Williams.
