Vandall Publishes New Book on Gun Litigation in the U.S.

Emory Law Professor Frank J. Vandall published a new book, "The Policy Debate Surrounding Gun Litigation in the United States: Handguns: the Law and Economics of the Hamilton v. Beretta Suit Against Handgun Manufacturers," with co-author George Benston (deceased) of the Emory's Goizueta Business School. The book was published by Lambert Academic Publishing.
