Emory Law School ranked #23 overall in Brian Leiter's ranking of Top Law Faculties in Scholarly Impact, 2005-2009.   A link to the rankings, with explanation of methodology, is here: http://www.leiterrankings.com/new/2010_scholarlyimpact.shtml In addition, the rankings note "Highest Impact Faculty" in 13 areas of specialization.
