Professor Alexander Quoted in Article on Illegal Housing

Professor Frank S. Alexander, Director of the Project on Affordable Housing and Community Development at Emory Law School, is quoted in the March 20 issue of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution concerning illegal rooming houses. The most powerful weapon against illegal rooming houses may be a community that starts to gentrify, Alexander said. "The tension is growing," he said.
