Professor Bederman Quoted in Article on Orkin Lawsuits

Professor David Bederman is quoted in the March 5 edition of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution regarding lawsuits against pest control company Orkin. Homeowners who charge the company with inadequate or unperformed treatments are seeking class action status. The designation would be a momentous step, Bederman said.  "It gives incredible power to the plaintiff," he said, especially as a hammer for attaining a settlement. "It changes the complexion of the case so fundamentally."
