Dean Quoted in AJC on Homestead Exemptions

Interim Dean Frank Alexander is quoted in the July 24 edition of the Atlanta-Journal Constitution regarding floating homestead exemptions. "I would have serious doubts about the constitutionality of such local legislation or even general legislation that had floating homestead exemptions," said Alexander, an expert on property taxation.
