Dean Alexander Quoted in Forbes on Reasonable Notice of Foreclosure

By: Beverly James

Interim Dean Frank S. Alexander is quoted in an April 11 Forbes article on reasonable notice in foreclosures. The United States Supreme Court said in the Kelo v. New London case last year that government may condemn property for a private development project. In a new case, the court now must decide what reasonable notice in foreclosures is. He also is the Director of the Project on Affordable Housing and Community Development.
