Emory Law Hosts Creativity Conversation with Fineman and Magee
Emory Law will host Emory University Vice President and Secretary Dr. Rosemary Magee for a Creativity Conversation with Robert W. Woodruff Professor Martha Fineman, from 3-4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28, in Room G575. A light reception will follow the talk. Attendance will be limited to 75 and the event is open to all members of the Emory community. See flier for more details.

Fineman is internationally recognized as a leading scholar of family law and feminist jurisprudence. She is the founding director of Emory Law’s Feminism and Legal Theory Project and serves as the faculty facilitator of the Vulnerability and the Human Condition Initiative. Her scholarly interests include the legal regulation of intimacy and the implications of human dependency and vulnerability. Fineman has received numerous awards, including Emory University’s Scholar/Teacher Award in 2009.
