Buzbee to Present Climate Change Paper at UNITAR-Yale Conference
Emory Law Professor William W. Buzbee will present his paper, “Climate as an Innovation Imperative: Federalism, Institutional Pluralism and Incentive Effects,” at a joint conference of United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and Yale Law School.
The second UNITAR-Yale Conference on Environmental Governance and Democracy: Strengthening Institutions to Address Climate Change and Advance a Green Economy will take place Sept. 17-19 at Yale University. More than 150 scholars, policy makers and governance practitioners will participate in the event.
An expert in environmental law, Buzbee will present his paper during a session on “National Governance to Address Climate Change and Advance a Green Economy."
