Buzbee Recognized for Writing Contributions in Environmental Law

Emory Law Professor William W. Buzbee has been recognized for his writing and expertise in the areas of land use and environmental law. Professor Buzbee contributed as an author to the recent edition of Environmental Protection: Law and Policy, a casebook that explores fundamental issues of environmental law, from its history and theory, to litigation, regulation, and policy. He authored the first two chapters of the book, “Environmental Law’s Foundations” and “Environmental Federalism.”

Additionally, a law review article written by Professor Buzbee was named by the Land Use and Environmental Law Review as one of the top ten land use and environmental articles of the past year. “The Regulatory Fragmentation Continuum, Westway, and the Challenges of Regional Growth,” has been selected for inclusion in Volume 38 of the publication, which will include a compilation of the ten best articles.
