Ahdieh Selected for Fellowship at Princeton University
Associate Professor of Law Robert B. Ahdieh has been selected as the 2007-2008 Microsoft-LAPA Fellow in Princeton University's Program in Law and Public Affairs (LAPA). Ahdieh will begin the fellowship August 1.
Princetonís LAPA Fellows Program invites experts in the law to devote an academic year to research, discussion and scholarly collaboration on topics related to law and public affairs. The program names six fellows each year from more than 140 applicants, with the Microsoft-LAPA Fellow specializing in law and economic organization.
During his time at Princeton, Ahdieh will be working on a book entitled The New Regulation. He also will be teaching a course on jurisdictional competition in corporate law, which will assess the nature and quality of the system of state corporate law.
