RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS
J.D. students must enroll for six semesters with a minimum of 10 *residence* hours each semester. However, to be considered full time, students must enroll for at least 12 hours each semester.
*Although Trial Techniques and Clinics are graded on a pass/fail basis, they count toward the semester's residence requirement. Ungraded Journals, Moot Court and Audit Hours do not count toward the residence requirement during the semester. Hours earned from Ungraded Journals and Moot Court do count toward the 90/79 hours required for graduation; Audit Hours do not.
