Welcome to the webpage of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society of Emory University. The ADR Society serves to promote student interest and the development of skills in the growing field of alternative dispute resolution.
We seek to:
- Promote ADR as a necessary skill for today’s successful attorney
- Develop students’ advocacy skills
- Encourage the administration to develop a more comprehensive ADR program
- Participate in and create community ADR programs
- Successfully competing in regional and national ADR competitions
In the fall and spring we hold school-wide competitions where the winning students have the opportunity to compete regionally and nationally. We also bring speakers to the law school throughout the year.
The Emory ADR Society was founded in January 2003.
