Laura Y. Traynham, Esq., Director
Laura Y. Traynham is working to assist with 1L services and is available to advise all students interested in both private and public sector careers. This year, she will also act as the liaison for the Judicial Clerkship Fair and the Prosecutor’s Job Fair.
Before her recent return to her hometown of Atlanta, Laura worked as Deputy Judicial Administrator for the Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court in New Orleans, LA. Prior to that, she was a Career Counselor for Tulane Law School, spearheading Tulane’s Judicial Clerkship Program. Also, she has worked as Director of Employer Relations/Externship Program Supervisor for University of Florida College of Law, Office of Career Services in Gainesville, FL.
Laura earned her J.D. from Tulane Law School and her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of New Orleans.
