Lori L. Garrett, Esq., Associate Director of Career Services
Lori joined the Office of Career Services in June 2008 as an Associate Director, with primary responsibility for alumni services and employer outreach.
Prior to joining the Office of Career Services, Lori practiced law at Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C. and McGuireWoods LLP, focusing on commercial real estate and corporate matters. Among other things, she served on Weissman's Hiring Committee and acted as the Director of the McGuireWoods LLP-Spelman College Internship program.
Lori graduated from the University of Southern California Law School where she also participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. Born in Pennsylvania, and raised in Florida, Lori earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Spelman College.
