Carolyn manages the office’s extensive on-campus recruiting program including the scheduling of interviews for the August and September On-Campus Interview Programs, CSO’s job fairs in New York and Washington, D.C., and the Georgia Law School Consortium’s Public Sector Career Fair. She manages the on-line Symplicity system and serves as the student and employer contact for questions concerning recruiting and related processes, as well as the on-line Symplicity system. Carolyn supervises the job listing entry process and is responsible for the Prosecutor’s Job Fair and the Judicial Clerkship Job Fair. She also assists with processing budget items, coordinating recruiting and marketing efforts, collecting and analyzing statistics, managing resources and ordering supplies.
Before joining Emory, Carolyn was a Recruiter at Think Resources, Inc. in Norcross, GA and the Assistant Director of Career Services at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL for seven years.
Carolyn received her M.S. in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management and B.A. in Human Services, from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
