Kessler/Eidson Trial Techniques Program

The award-winning Kessler/Eidson Trial Techniques Program is the largest and most comprehensive of its kind of any program in the country. Each year, all members of the second year class go through a rigorous program of training that simulates the preparation for and actual art of trying a case to a judge and then to a jury. Alumni volunteers are critical to the success of the program.

Each year, nearly 300 trial lawyers and judges help with the program. Click here to submit a Volunteer Form to volunteer for the program.
