Environmental Professionals
Environmental laws seek to protect human health and welfare, the environment and nonhuman forms of life. As professionals in the environmental industry are aware, federal environmental regulation and laws have evolved over the past several decades, and is of critical importance to corporate transactions and land use. Knowledge of laws related to energy and land use as well as the role state and local governments play in upholding these laws will help professionals mitigate organizational risk, and make better and more informed decisions.
