2012 LAWS Annual Conference

The Legal Association for Women Students (LAWS) will host its 2012 conference, "Breaking Barriers: How Women Lawyers Define Success," focusing on women in the legal profession. The conference will host a group of informative and engaging speakers and panelists from a myriad of legal professions, including law firms, government agencies and public interest organizations.

Georgia CLE credit available for practicing attorneys at $5 per credit hour, payable via cash or check at the conference.

The 2012 LAWS Conference qualifies as a public interest conference for Emory Law students who wish to apply for a summer grant with the Emory Public Interest Committee (EPIC). Such students must attend the entirety of the conference and, specifically, the public interest-oriented panels offered for each session in order to qualify.
