Freer’s Civil Procedure Translated into Chinese
Emory Law Professor Richard D. Freer’s book, Civil Procedure, published by Aspen Publishers, will be translated into Chinese. Now in its second edition, the book presents complex principles of civil procedure in an understandable and engaging format. It is an “invaluable learning tool for students struggling to understand this challenging course,” according to the Aspen Publishers website.
Civil Procedure also has been adopted by Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, as well as a law school in Brazil.
Freer is the Robert Howell Hall Professor of Law at Emory Law and a national bar review lecturer. He specializes in the areas of civil procedure, complex litigation and business associations.List: <- Back to: News Releases
