The inaugural conference of Emory Law’s Center for Transactional Law and Practice has been recognized as “a gold mine for teaching legal drafting and transactional skills” by the Legal Writing Prof Blog.
The proceedings from the center’s 2008 conference, “Teaching Drafting and Transactional Skills: The Basics and Beyond,” are included in a special issue of Transactions, The Tennessee Journal of Business.
Tina L. Stark, executive director of the Center for Transactional Law and Practice and professor in the practice of law, organized the conference. Her presentations are included in the issue.
