Emory Law Faculty Well Represented at 2010 ALEA Annual Meeting
Five Emory Law faculty members will present scholarly papers at the prestigious American Law and Economics Association (ALEA) 2010 annual meeting, on May 7-8, at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.
Robert Ahdieh will present “Beyond Individualism in Law and Economics” during the Analytical Methods panel.
Jonathan Nash will present “The Institutional Dynamics of Transition Relief,” co-written with Jonathan Masur of the University of Chicago Law School, at the Regulation and Federalism panel.
Joanna Shepherd and Michael Kang will present “The Business of Judicial Elections” during the panel on Judicial Theory.
Alexander “Sasha” Volokh will present “Why Do Judges Read Statutes?” at the Legal Reasoning and Court Errors panel.
