Emory Law Bankruptcy Journal Hosts Annual Symposium
The Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal will host its seventh annual symposium Thursday, March 4, at Emory Law. The symposium brings together a distinguished group of judges, academics and practitioners to discuss current bankruptcy issues.
This year’s panel topics are “Ponzi Schemes: Bankruptcy Court v. Federal Court Equity Receivership,” “Views from the Bench: Five Years of BAPCPA” and “Ethics 2.0: The Ethical Challenge and Pitfalls Web 2.0 Present to Bankruptcy Attorneys.” A schedule and list of panelists is available here.
Registration for the symposium is $70 and includes CLE fees, breakfast and lunch. Symposium attendance qualifies for three hours of Georgia CLE credit, including one ethics hour and one trial hour. The symposium is free for Emory Law students, faculty and staff, but registration is required for lunch.
