Emory Law Appoints New Director of Library Services

Emory Law has hired Mark Engsberg as the school’s new Director of Library Services and an Assistant Professor of Law. Engsberg will join the faculty August 15, 2008. 

“Mark joins us at a time of significant momentum for Emory Law,” said Dean David F. Partlett. “We look forward to his leadership of our MacMillan Law Library and its fine professional staff nested in an environment of growing institutional momentum.”

Engsberg currently serves as Head of Reference of the Lillian Goldman Library at Yale Law School, where he as been for eight years. He also serves as editor of the International Journal of Legal Information, published by the International Association of Law Libraries.
