Buzbee Publishes Editorial in Atlanta Journal Constitution
28-12-07
Emory Law professor William W. Buzbee published an editorial in the Atlanta Journal Constitution regarding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s denial of California’s request to allow the state – along with 16 other states – to develop their own vehicle pollution strategies. In his editorial, Professor Buzbee argues against the EPA’s reasons for justifying their decision, stating that they are “unsound in policy and likely in violation of the Clean Air Act.”
The editorial, which appeared in the newspaper’s Dec. 28 issue, can be read in its entirety here.
