Bailey Consultant for Global Economics Analysis Firm
Emory Law Associate Professor Joanna Shepherd Bailey has joined Chicago-based Global Economics Group as a consultant, along with legal expert Richard A. Epstein, Laurence A. Tisch Professor of Law at New York University Law School, and economist Steven J. Davis, William H. Abbott Professor of International Business and Economics at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
GlobalEcon announced the roster additions last week, with the news that the firm was opening two new offices in New York and Washington, D.C. GlobalEcon was formed in March to provide independent economic analysis of complex legal, regulatory and public policy issues. The firm’s major practice areas include antitrust/competition policy, securities and valuation, financial regulation, labor and discrimination, and intellectual property.
