An-Na'im Discusses American Muslims at Lecture in Colorado

Charles Howard Candler Professor of Law Abdullahi An-Na’im will present a lecture, “American Muslims and Citizenship," at the Boulder Public Library on Friday, March 4, in Boulder, Colo. His lecture will be followed by a book signing of Islam and the Secular State: Negotiating the Future of Shari’a.

An internationally recognized scholar of Islam and human rights, An-Na'im teaches courses in international law, comparative law, human rights and Islamic law. His research interests include constitutionalism in Islamic and African countries, secularism, and Islam and politics.
