Emory Law Professor Frank Alexander spoke to Fox 5 News in Atlanta on Tuesday, Sept. 30, regarding the proposed federal bailout plan. Professor Alexander said he believes the bailout plan is a flawed piece of legislation and has written a letter to Congress addressing his concerns.
